Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my rentals?
Bookings depend on product availability. Once you’ve decided on your date, reserve your rentals as soon as possible to secure them. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before your event. Items can be swapped or added, but replacements must be of equal or greater value. Additions are subject to availability.

When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 7 days before your event.

Are there any additional fees besides the rental price?
Yes, delivery fees (based on location) and sales tax will apply. A complete quote will be provided after your submit inquiry. 

What happens if my event is outdoors and the weather is bad?
Weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend having an indoor or covered backup plan. We will not set up items outdoors if there’s a risk of bad weather.

Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Wichita, KS, and deliver to surrounding areas. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH payments through our invoice system. Personal checks are not accepted.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds. However, we provide store credit valid for one year, which can be used for other products or available dates. Please review your contract carefully before signing and paying the deposit.

How does pricing work?
Prices are for a one-day event. If you need rentals for a longer period, contact us for extended rental rates.
