How in advance should I book my rentals?
Bookings are subject to product availability. Once you decided your date, reserve your rental items to secure them. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book.
Can I change items on my order?
YES. All changes are due 2 weeks prior to your event. You can change your item or add more items to your order. However, they must be of equal or greater value as your original booked order. Additions to your order are accepted but are subject to availability.
When is the final balance due?
We require your final payment be made 7 days prior to your event.
Can iIpick up the items at your warehouse?
Customer pick-ups are reserved for established clients of Bluxe Events who have placed at least two delivery order with us. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance with full payment made prior to pick up.
Besides to the rental price, what other fees are to rent the items?
We charge for delivery (the delivery fee depends on location) and sales tax. Bluxe Events will give a complete quote after you submit your Wishlist.
What happens if my event is outdoors and the weather is bad?
Sometimes, weather is unpredictable. We recommend you always have an indoor or covered back-up plan for your outdoor event. We will not set up items outside if it looks like the weather will be an issue.
Where do we deliver?
We are located in Wichita, KS and we deliver to all surrounding areas. However, we love to explore new places of Kansas and beyond.
What payments methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted through the invoice system with major credit and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER) and ACH. Personal Checks are not accepted.
Do you refund money after the contract was signed and deposit paid ?
We do NOT issue refunds for any reason. We do store credit valid for a year for any other product or date available. Please read your contract before sign and pay the deposit.
